Based on commissions paid out in the first 365 days since sign-on; ending no later than December 31 (note: Rookie Realtors will have started with MaxWell sometime during the PREVIOUS year of the awards and will have had commissions tracked for exactly 365 days from start date). New Realtors only.

Gord Hyland Endowment

Three months' desk fees to a first-year Realtor who started ANYTIME during the year of the awards.
